What This Role Involves
As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll contribute directly to production workflows for a leader in semiconductor and display equipment manufacturing. This position offers hands-on engagement with manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and technical support functions in a collaborative, innovation-driven workplace. You'll work alongside experienced technicians and engineers to maintain operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Core Duties
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting on production equipment and systems
- Monitor manufacturing processes, collect data, and report on production metrics and quality standards
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure workplace compliance and equipment reliability
- Support equipment installation, testing, and calibration as needed
- Assist with preventive maintenance schedules and respond to equipment issues promptly
- Document work orders and communicate with production supervision on technical findings and corrective actions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, or electro-mechanical work preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, diagrams, and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work a structured full-time schedule
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a production environment
