Manufacturing Technician – Austin, TX

Adecco US, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Mount Sharp, Hays County, near Austin, Texas. This is a full-time position supporting semiconductor and display equipment manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.

What This Role Involves

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll contribute directly to production workflows for a leader in semiconductor and display equipment manufacturing. This position offers hands-on engagement with manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and technical support functions in a collaborative, innovation-driven workplace. You'll work alongside experienced technicians and engineers to maintain operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Core Duties

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting on production equipment and systems
• Monitor manufacturing processes, collect data, and report on production metrics and quality standards
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure workplace compliance and equipment reliability
• Support equipment installation, testing, and calibration as needed
• Assist with preventive maintenance schedules and respond to equipment issues promptly
• Document work orders and communicate with production supervision on technical findings and corrective actions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, or electro-mechanical work preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, diagrams, and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work a structured full-time schedule
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a production environment
