About This Position

You'll be at the center of Compass's strategic efforts to expand @properties' presence in the Chicago market and strengthen partnerships with real estate brokers and teams. This role combines marketing leadership with broker development expertise, requiring someone who can translate market insights into executable strategies while building lasting relationships with industry partners. Your work will directly impact agent adoption, platform growth, and market positioning in one of the nation's most competitive real estate markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns designed to attract and engage brokers and agents in the Chicago region
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with brokers, teams, and key market players to drive @properties adoption
• Conduct market analysis to uncover growth opportunities and assess competitive positioning within the residential real estate landscape
• Manage the broker onboarding process and provide ongoing support to ensure successful platform implementation and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Create compelling messaging that communicates the unique value of Compass's platform to target audiences
