About the Role

As a Shift Lead Security Officer, you'll supervise and coordinate security operations during your assigned shift, providing direct leadership and guidance to security team members while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and vigilance. You'll be the first point of contact for your team and management, responsible for ensuring all security protocols are followed and incidents are handled with promptness and professionalism.

Core Duties

• Oversee all security personnel and activities assigned to your shift
• Monitor premises, facilities, and perimeters to ensure comprehensive asset protection
• Respond to security incidents, breaches, and emergency situations with sound judgment
• Conduct regular patrols and maintain detailed incident reports and logs
• Coordinate with management on staffing, scheduling, and operational requirements
• Enforce security protocols and ensure your team's compliance with all procedures
