Field Associate – Ground Protection

Sunbelt Rentals is hiring a Field Associate - Ground Protection based in North Vidor, Orange County, to support our expanding equipment rental operations. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring job site safety and customer satisfaction as we outfit projects with the equipment they need to succeed.

The Opportunity

Ground protection systems are essential to safe construction and event site operations. In this role, you'll be the frontline representative ensuring our customers receive properly installed, maintained, and removed ground protection solutions. You'll work directly with job sites, handling hands-on responsibilities that keep operations running smoothly and safely while delivering the reliable service Sunbelt Rentals is known for.

What You'll Do

• Install, inspect, and remove ground protection equipment on customer job sites
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and identify potential hazards or compliance issues
• Perform routine maintenance checks on protective equipment between rentals
• Respond to customer requests and troubleshoot equipment performance on-site
• Maintain accurate records of equipment condition, delivery, and pickup activities
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during field work

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and equipment handling
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new equipment systems
• Prior equipment operation or construction site experience is a plus
