10Pearls is hiring an AI Digital Product Lead to drive strategy and execution for AI-powered consulting engagements at our Tysons Corner, Fairfax County office. This is a full-time leadership role where you'll bridge technical excellence and client success, owning both the vision and the delivery of transformative AI solutions.

What This Role Involves

As an AI Digital Product Lead at 10Pearls, you serve as the central strategic and technical link between our consulting team and client partners. You own the entire lifecycle of AI-enabled projects—from initial concept development through final deployment—ensuring alignment between client objectives and technical execution. Your role combines product leadership with delivery accountability, meaning you're equally responsible for defining the solution roadmap and ensuring the team meets it.

Core Duties

• Define and communicate product strategy for AI consulting engagements, translating client needs into actionable technical requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams through project planning, execution, and launch phases of AI-powered solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact between 10Pearls and clients, managing expectations and driving transparent communication
• Drive technical decision-making and architectural choices that balance innovation, feasibility, and business impact
• Monitor project health, resolve blockers, and adapt strategy based on client feedback and real-world constraints
