About the Role
This onsite Manufacturing Associate position in Novato, CA (94949) is a contract opportunity offering $28.00 per hour plus a shift differential. The schedule runs Sunday through Tuesday, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with alternating Saturdays, making it ideal for candidates who thrive on a night-shift rhythm and want to support critical biotech operations in Marin County.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out manufacturing operations onsite according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Support the production of biotechnology products through accurate, repeatable processes.
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of all manufacturing activities.
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and regulatory guidelines throughout each shift.
- Collaborate with team members across the Sunday–Tuesday overnight schedule and alternating Saturdays.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline.
- Prior experience working as a Manufacturing Associate or in a comparable production environment.
- Willingness to work an overnight schedule onsite in Novato, including alternating weekend coverage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following documented procedures.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a manufacturing team.
