About the Role
As a Staffed Residence DSP with Delion Care Services, you'll work hands-on within one of our community-based homes, delivering the everyday support that helps residents live with dignity, comfort, and purpose. This position is available on a Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN (as-needed) basis, giving you flexibility to find a schedule that fits your life. Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential daily living support to individuals in a staffed residential setting
- Promote each resident's independence, safety, and overall well-being
- Assist with personal care, household routines, and community engagement
- Foster a respectful, supportive, and home-like environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team
Qualifications
- A sincere commitment to doing the right thing for the right reason
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
- Reliability and the ability to support residents across varying schedules, including Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN shifts
- Willingness to work on-site at a community-based residence in Frankfort, Kentucky
