Maintenance Technician

Flow, a Miami-based real estate technology platform and property operations company, is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Miami, Miami-Dade County. This is a full-time, on-site position maintaining our diverse portfolio of residential, hospitality, and commercial properties throughout the region.

The Opportunity

Join Flow's operations team as a hands-on Maintenance Technician responsible for the upkeep and repair of our properties across condominiums, multifamily residences, hotels, and office spaces. This role combines skilled trade work with the satisfaction of maintaining spaces that hundreds of residents and guests experience every day. You'll work within a growing company that's modernizing property management through integrated technology and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
• Respond to tenant and guest maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and execute repairs or coordinate with specialist contractors
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and work orders
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure building safety and code compliance
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas and mechanical systems
• Contribute to emergency response procedures when needed

Who We're Looking For

• Active trade license (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general building maintenance) or equivalent documented experience
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in commercial or residential property management
• Proficiency with standard tools and diagnostic equipment
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and availability for a full-time schedule
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple requests
