Account Recruiting Manager – Honolulu

Amass is hiring an Account Recruiting Manager to lead staffing operations in our Honolulu location. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build client relationships and drive recruitment strategy in the waste and recycling industry.

About the Role

As an Account Recruiting Manager, you'll oversee recruiting and placement operations for major waste and recycling clients across the region. Working within Augment Human Resource Services—Amass Solutions' staffing division—you'll manage hiring pipelines, coordinate workforce deployment, and ensure client satisfaction for roles spanning landfills, materials recovery facilities, transfer stations, and hauling operations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage relationships with key waste and recycling industry clients
• Recruit and place general labor candidates for sanitation and environmental services positions
• Build recruiting pipelines to meet client staffing demands and seasonal fluctuations
• Coordinate with client hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deployment timelines
• Track placement quality, retention metrics, and client satisfaction
• Design recruiting strategies that reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate retention
• Support and mentor recruiting team members in candidate screening and placement

What We're Looking For

• Background in staffing, recruiting, or account management
• Demonstrated success managing client accounts and meeting placement targets
• Experience recruiting for general labor, sanitation, or industrial positions
• Strong communication and client negotiation abilities
• Skill managing multiple accounts and competing priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of the waste, recycling, or environmental services sector (a plus)
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
