LIS Supervisor – R&D – Life Sciences Client Site

CBRE is seeking a dedicated LIS Supervisor to lead technical service operations at a premier life sciences research facility in Lower Gwynedd, Montgomery County. In this full-time position, you'll supervise a service team delivering critical maintenance and support within a fast-paced R&D environment.

About the Role

As an LIS Supervisor at CBRE, you will direct the daily operations of a dedicated service team assigned to maintain and support essential systems in a life sciences research client site. This role is part of our Critical and Technical Services division, where we specialize in providing specialized maintenance and support for complex, mission-critical facilities. You'll ensure that your team consistently delivers high-quality service solutions on schedule and in full compliance with safety protocols.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities and workload of your assigned service team
• Plan and schedule maintenance and support activities to meet client requirements and minimize downtime
• Direct team members in performing technical services and troubleshooting within the facility
• Monitor service delivery to ensure safety standards, quality, and timeliness are consistently met
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding service status, challenges, and resolutions
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and regulatory requirements specific to life sciences environments

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience leading technical service teams in critical or specialized environments
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, technical systems, or laboratory support operations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize multiple demands
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and on-time service delivery
• Ability to manage schedules, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and solve operational challenges
• Familiarity with life sciences, pharmaceutical, or research facility environments is a plus
