About the Role
As our Short-Form Video Editor, you'll create the visual content that powers our platform—a digital hub for gig workers and side hustlers seeking real earning opportunities. We're looking for someone who can turn raw footage into engaging, shareable short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. This part-time position offers creative flexibility while keeping pace with our content calendar. You'll work closely with our content team, applying your editing expertise to bring our brand voice to life and drive community engagement.
Core Duties
- Edit short-form video content (15–90 seconds) for multiple social media platforms
- Apply transitions, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to raw video
- Adapt video content across different formats and platform specifications
- Organize video assets, timelines, and project files efficiently
- Collaborate with content creators and team members on creative direction and refinements
- Deliver finished videos on schedule while maintaining brand consistency
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Portfolio demonstrating experience editing short-form video content
- Knowledge of trending audio, effects, and platform best practices for social media
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly on edits
- Comfort working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
