About the Role
As a Case Manager with the County of Blair, you'll be central to the child support and spousal support process. Working from our Hollidaysburg office, you'll manage case conferences, analyze household finances, and guide families through support establishment and modification proceedings within Pennsylvania's child support enforcement framework.
What You'll Do
- Meet with involved parties to collect and verify financial and medical documentation for support cases
- Manage case data within the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System (PACSES) with accuracy and compliance
- Analyze earnings records and household circumstances to calculate appropriate child support and spousal support obligations
- Facilitate conferences addressing support establishment, modification, and case termination matters
- Prepare court filings, legal documents, and detailed case summaries for judicial proceedings
- Maintain comprehensive case records in accordance with state and federal requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for working with diverse families and professionals
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial and legal documentation
- Capacity to manage multiple cases and meet consistent deadlines
- Competency with case management systems and data entry software
