OPEX Site Lead

Siegfried USA is seeking an OPEX Site Lead to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across our Pennsville, Salem County manufacturing facility. In this full-time leadership role, you will lead transformational initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen quality, and build a high-performing operations culture in a trusted pharmaceutical partner trusted by global industry leaders.

Position Summary

As OPEX Site Lead, you'll oversee operational excellence programs that optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and sustain the rigorous standards our pharmaceutical partners depend on. You'll direct cross-functional teams, implement continuous improvement methodologies, and ensure our Pennsville site operates at peak performance while upholding safety, quality, and sustainability commitments.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and deploy operational excellence strategies to streamline processes and drive cost efficiency
• Lead lean and six sigma initiatives and other continuous improvement projects across the facility
• Manage site-wide operations with accountability for safety, quality compliance, and environmental standards
• Build, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams focused on meeting performance targets and operational KPIs
• Analyze operational metrics and identify process improvement opportunities; track and report on results
• Cultivate a culture where employees feel empowered to identify problems and innovate solutions
• Partner with plant leadership, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement and sustain improvements

Who We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing operations or operational excellence management
• Expertise in lean, six sigma, or comparable continuous improvement systems and methodologies
• Track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams through organizational change
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities with excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business administration, or related field
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational performance excellence
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
