Meat/Produce Team Associate

Walmart is hiring a Meat/Produce Team Associate for our Pinellas Park store in Pinellas County. This is a full-time position focused on delivering quality products and excellent customer service in our meat and produce departments.

Position Summary

As a Meat/Produce Team Associate at Walmart in Pinellas Park, you'll play a key role in our store's operations. You'll maintain our meat and produce sections, assist customers in finding what they need, and help ensure our departments meet Walmart's high standards. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $15 to $28 per hour, plus additional compensation opportunities including annual or quarterly performance incentives and schedule- or facility-based premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and merchandise meat and produce items throughout your shift
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work areas in accordance with health and food safety standards
• Assist customers by answering questions, providing product recommendations, and locating items
• Monitor product quality and remove expired or damaged items promptly
• Update pricing and promotional displays accurately
• Communicate with team members and management about inventory needs and department concerns
• Follow all Walmart policies and procedures regarding food handling and workplace safety
