• Answer questions about product features, pricing, and store policies

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or meet state-specific age requirements for tobacco and vape retail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable standing throughout a shift and handling point-of-sale systems
• Basic cash handling ability or willingness to learn
• Retail experience beneficial but not required—we train the right attitude
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
