Skillbridge- Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist (for Military members only)

Maximus is seeking a Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist to join our team in West Chester, Chester County. This full-time position is exclusively available to eligible military members through the Department of Defense Skillbridge program and plays a central role in building talent pipelines and strengthening employer brand awareness.

About the Role

As a Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist, you will lead the strategic marketing and communications efforts that connect Maximus with high-potential military talent. You'll combine program operations expertise with digital marketing know-how to design and execute outreach initiatives that resonate with transitioning service members and military-connected professionals. Your work will bridge recruitment strategy with hands-on campaign management, making you instrumental in attracting qualified candidates to grow our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition marketing strategies that build Maximus's reputation as an employer of choice within the military community
• Design and launch integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels, from email to social platforms, targeting transitioning military personnel
• Build audience segments and create targeted messaging that speaks directly to the needs and interests of military-connected job seekers
• Coordinate email nurture sequences and communication workflows to engage candidates throughout the recruitment journey
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics to refine strategy and demonstrate return on investment
• Support program operations by managing timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring campaigns launch on schedule

Qualifications

• Active military service, veteran status, or current eligibility for the DoD Skillbridge program
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or talent acquisition marketing
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and basic analytics dashboards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences
• Solid organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail
• Experience working with metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision making
