Marketing & Content Operations Manager

Texas Sports Academy Main seeks a full-time Marketing & Content Operations Manager in Austin, Travis County. In this role, you'll lead the marketing and communications strategy for a K-12 school that combines elite academics with world-class athletic training for serious student-athletes.

About the Role

As Marketing & Content Operations Manager, you are the principal marketer responsible for communicating Texas Sports Academy Main's distinctive educational model to prospective families and the broader community. You'll oversee all marketing operations, content strategy, and communications to build enrollment and enhance the school's reputation for academic excellence and athletic development.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive awareness and enrollment
• Create, manage, and publish high-quality content that articulates the school's unique combination of academics and athletics
• Manage the school website, social media platforms, and digital properties to engage prospective and current families
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with admissions, academic, and athletic teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Plan and oversee marketing operations, including budgets, timelines, and project workflows
• Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies based on results and market feedback
• Produce newsletters, parent communications, and other collateral that keep the community informed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or content operations
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools
• Strong project management and organizational abilities with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Interest in education or school marketing is a plus
