Product Manager, Verticals

Profound is hiring a Product Manager, Verticals for its New York City headquarters. This full-time role gives you ownership of product strategy and execution for key customer verticals within our AI-powered marketing platform, helping enterprises measure and capitalize on how they appear in AI search.

The Opportunity

You'll lead end-to-end product development for specific vertical segments at Profound, the marketing intelligence platform built for the AI era. As consumers increasingly turn to AI search engines to discover and evaluate products, enterprises need visibility and control over their brand presence. Your work enables leading companies—from Fortune 500 organizations to growth-stage businesses like Ramp, Figma, Chime, Calendly, and DocuSign—to understand their representation in AI search and execute measurable growth strategies in an AI-driven marketplace.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for assigned verticals, ensuring alignment with market opportunity and customer outcomes
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to ship features that create measurable customer value
• Conduct customer interviews and research to uncover needs and validate product direction
• Monitor product metrics, usage patterns, and business performance to guide prioritization decisions
• Own the complete product lifecycle from conception, design, and launch through iteration and scale
• Work across sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure product-market fit and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, marketing technology, or enterprise software
• Strong analytical abilities and skill in translating market and customer needs into product strategy
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate uncertainty
• Excellent cross-functional communication and influence skills
• Genuine interest in AI technology, search behavior, and digital marketing innovation
• Demonstrated success shipping products that customers adopt and that drive business growth
