About This Position

This is a full-time LPN opportunity supporting our rehabilitation patients throughout their recovery journey. We currently have openings for night shift positions, with a competitive $7,500 sign-on bonus available for full-time night shift placements. A 13-week short-term contract option is available for qualified candidates seeking flexible commitment arrangements.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and hygiene assistance
• Administer medications and treatments under RN supervision according to physician orders
• Document patient progress, medical observations, and care activities in patient records
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, therapists, and physicians to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain patient comfort and dignity while supporting their rehabilitation progress

What We're Looking For

• Active LPN licensure in South Dakota (or valid reciprocal license)
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate approach to patient interaction and care delivery
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting
