WinShape Foundation is hiring a Director Associate Program - Camps - International for a hands-on, entry-level year of service based in Red Oak, Fulton County. This full-time, on-site opportunity invites former WinShape Camps Summer Staff to grow into camp leadership while supporting an international project.
About the Role
Starting August 25, 2026, the Director Associate Program - Camps - International is a one-year, entry-level pathway designed for people who have already served as WinShape Camps Summer Staff. As an Associate, you will partner with the full-time team throughout the year to help plan and prepare for the upcoming summer. During the summer itself, you will step into the role of a WinShape Camps for Communities International Camp Director, leading an international project before the program reaches its conclusion. This position is full-time and based on-site in Red Oak, Fulton County.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the full-time WinShape Camps team to prepare and organize the next summer season.
- Serve as a WinShape Camps for Communities International Camp Director for an international project during the summer.
- Apply firsthand camp experience gained as former Summer Staff to support planning, logistics, and program delivery.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment across the full one-year commitment.
Qualifications
- Previous service as WinShape Camps Summer Staff.
- Readiness for an entry-level, one-year, full-time commitment beginning August 25, 2026.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Red Oak, Fulton County.
- Interest in leading and serving within an international camp setting.
