Inside Sales Professional

Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Professional at Safe Streets, you'll be the voice and relationship builder connecting community safety solutions to organizations and individuals across the country. Working in a collaborative, integrity-focused environment within a 1,000-person organization, you'll contribute directly to our mission of creating safer, stronger communities. This role combines consultative selling with customer relationship management to identify client needs and deliver impactful solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls and digital outreach to prospective clients and community partners
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
• Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and present tailored solutions that align with organizational and community safety goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, communications, and customer information in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and solution implementation
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team growth while representing Safe Streets' values of innovation and community impact

Requirements

• Proven inside sales experience or demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and ability to manage rejection professionally
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools; ability to learn new systems quickly
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking sales activities and customer information
• Alignment with Safe Streets' commitment to community safety and organizational integrity
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or sales certification a plus
