Technical Service Rep.

ConsignMed is hiring a Technical Service Representative for its Lenox Square Finance office in Fulton County. This part-time role combines technical expertise, customer education, and sales support to drive neuromodulation product adoption and help meet district sales and service objectives.

About the Role

As a Technical Service Representative, you'll be the primary technical resource connecting ConsignMed's neuromodulation solutions with healthcare professionals and district teams who depend on them. Your work bridges product knowledge and customer success, addressing technical needs while supporting the sales and service mission. This part-time position offers meaningful work in the medical device sector with flexibility around your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and problem resolution to customers and healthcare representatives using neuromodulation systems
• Develop and conduct educational training on product features, applications, and best practices
• Assist the sales team by addressing customer technical questions and concerns
• Maintain high standards of product reliability and service quality in every customer interaction
• Build strong customer relationships that drive satisfaction and support business objectives
• Document and communicate technical feedback to improve products and processes

Requirements

• Technical aptitude and demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer service or technical support experience preferred
• Reliability and accountability in managing responsibilities
• Available to work part-time at the Lenox Square Finance location in Fulton County
• Willingness to learn medical device and neuromodulation product knowledge
