As a Customer Service Representative for U-Haul in Canyon Country, you'll be at the frontline of our business, greeting customers and providing the friendly, knowledgeable support that keeps our rental operations running smoothly. Your interactions will set the tone for every customer's experience, from their first inquiry through their rental completion.

Core Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person at our Canyon Country facility
• Process rental transactions and assist customers with booking and reservation details
• Answer questions about vehicle options, rental terms, rates, and company policies
• Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot issues with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the rental process
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
