Experienced Auto Technician – Lexus

Bergstrom Auto is hiring an Experienced Auto Technician - Lexus to join our service team at our Grand Chute, Outagamie County facility. As an A-Level technician, you'll bring advanced diagnostic and repair expertise to keep our Lexus customers' vehicles running with precision and care.

Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced A-Level automotive technician who specializes in Lexus service and repair. In this full-time role, you'll take on complex mechanical challenges, from advanced diagnostics to major component replacement and system overhauls. You'll work independently on jobs that require your highest skill level while collaborating with our service team to maintain Bergstrom's reputation for reliable, thorough work. Your technical expertise directly impacts customer satisfaction and our operational efficiency.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Diagnose Lexus vehicle issues using advanced testing equipment and technical knowledge
• Perform major repairs including engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical system work
• Complete component overhauls and replacements to manufacturer specifications
• Manage multiple repair orders and prioritize work to meet daily targets
• Document all services accurately in our shop management system
• Communicate progress and findings with service advisors and customers
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with Lexus service standards and quality benchmarks

What You Bring

• Proven track record as an A-Level technician with years of hands-on experience
• ASE certification or equivalent technical credentials in automotive repair
• Extensive knowledge of Lexus and Toyota vehicle systems
• Ability to use diagnostic scanners and specialized tools confidently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
• Excellent communication with team members and customers
