About the Role

As Lead Quality Systems Auditor with Fresenius Medical Care, you will take ownership of evaluating, monitoring, and continuously improving the quality management systems that underpin safe, dependable patient care. Working on-site in South Waltham, Middlesex County, you will guide audit activity, surface risk early, and help translate findings into meaningful corrective action across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and lead internal quality system audits across processes, suppliers, and documentation.
• Assess compliance against regulatory standards, internal procedures, and applicable industry requirements.
• Identify nonconformities, document findings clearly, and recommend practical corrective and preventive actions.
• Track remediation efforts to closure and verify the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to reinforce a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Provide audit guidance and mentorship to colleagues, championing best practices throughout.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience auditing quality management systems, ideally within a regulated environment.
• Strong working knowledge of quality standards, compliance frameworks, and audit methodology.
• Sharp analytical skills with the ability to evaluate evidence objectively and document conclusions precisely.
• Clear communication skills for presenting findings and influencing stakeholders at every level.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in South Waltham, Middlesex County.
