Position Summary

As a Cook at Mazzios Group, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking a variety of food items with precision and care. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will ensure every guest receives the highest-quality meal, whether dining in, taking out, or ordering delivery. This is a full-time position based in Owasso, where you'll work as part of a collaborative kitchen team dedicated to operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and plating standards
• Maintain proper food handling and sanitation procedures throughout your shift
• Organize and manage food storage to ensure freshness, safety, and inventory efficiency
• Coordinate with front-of-house and management staff to meet service timing and quality expectations
• Follow all food safety regulations and health code requirements
• Keep your cooking station clean, organized, and stocked throughout service

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous cooking or food preparation experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
