Project Executive

Clark Construction Group is hiring a Project Executive in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, for a full-time position managing the execution and delivery of construction projects.

What This Role Involves

As Project Executive, you will lead and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects. In this leadership position, you'll be responsible for day-to-day project operations, team coordination, and ensuring that client expectations are exceeded. You will serve as the primary strategic leader for your projects, guiding your team toward successful completion while maintaining our commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project teams to meet established goals, timelines, and budget parameters
• Develop comprehensive project plans that define tasks, schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables
• Oversee project execution, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Foster clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
• Identify and resolve project challenges through effective problem-solving and decision-making
• Track and manage project financials, costs, and profitability
