Assistant Manager – Virginia Lane, Concord

About the Role

Reporting to the Community Manager, you'll serve as a key member of the management team, overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our residential facilities. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll balance fiscal responsibility with direct facility oversight, ensuring our properties operate smoothly while maintaining the welcoming environment our residents depend on.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day facility operations, maintenance scheduling, and equipment management for our housing communities
• Support the Community Manager in implementing established management policies and fiscal procedures
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to respond to resident requests and address facility needs promptly
• Monitor operational budgets and help ensure fiscally responsible facility management
• Contribute to positive resident relations and help foster a sense of community
• Work collaboratively with service contractors and external vendors as required

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in property management, facility operations, or similar supervisory roles
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to supporting and serving low-income and special-needs populations
• Understanding of budget fundamentals and fiscal accountability
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance and resident satisfaction

Compensation

This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $20.26–$23.64, based on experience and qualifications.
