About the Role

This is a full-time clerical position that plays a vital role in court administration. As a Court Clerk, you'll handle a diverse range of administrative responsibilities that directly support judges, attorneys, and court staff. What You'll Do

• Accept, file, and issue legal documents, maintaining accurate court records and ensuring proper organization of case files
• Enter data into court management systems and retrieve case information to support judicial proceedings
• Assist the public by answering questions about court procedures, case status, and available services
• Process filings and manage document workflows to keep cases moving through the court system
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive court information while providing courteous, professional service
• Communicate with attorneys, litigants, and court personnel to coordinate case-related activities

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some clerical or administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry, including the ability to learn court-specific software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with legal documents and deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to assist the public professionally and courteously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced court environment
• Knowledge of legal terminology and court procedures is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
