Certified Mobile Notary Service is hiring a full-time Mobile Notary Public to join our team in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio. We're building a trusted network of notary professionals who deliver convenient, reliable authentication services directly to clients throughout the Columbus area.

About the Role

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work independently while providing essential notarial services to businesses and individuals across the Columbus region. As a Mobile Notary Public, you'll travel to client locations to perform time-sensitive document authentications, building lasting professional relationships in your community.

What You'll Do

• Execute acknowledgments and proofs on legal documents with accuracy and adherence to Ohio notary law
• Administer oaths and affirmations to signers in compliance with state regulations
• Prepare and execute jurats and verifications on documents requiring sworn statements
• Travel to client offices, residences, and businesses throughout Columbus and Franklin County to provide on-site notarization
• Maintain detailed records of all notarizations performed, including dates, document types, and signer information
• Verify client identities using acceptable forms of identification before performing notarial acts
• Educate clients on notary requirements and document preparation standards

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio Notary Public commission in good standing
• Valid driver's license with reliable, insured personal vehicle for client visits
• Strong understanding of notary law, procedures, and ethical responsibilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact confidently with diverse clients
• Dependable schedule management and punctuality
