As a Residential Lawn Specialist/Aerator with TruGreen, you'll be the trusted professional homeowners rely on to maintain and improve their lawns. This is hands-on, technical work that directly impacts the health and appearance of residential properties across Lilburn and the surrounding area. What You'll Do

• Perform lawn aeration and other specialized turf treatments on residential properties
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and effectively
• Provide professional, courteous service to homeowners at each job site
• Follow established service standards and safety protocols
• Complete work accurately and efficiently to meet daily service schedules
• Report on service completion and address any customer questions about care

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to perform lawn care work, including operating equipment and working outdoors in varying weather
• Ability to work independently and manage your time across multiple residential appointments
