Join CoStar Group as a Senior Sales Executive covering our Southern Florida region based in Miami, Florida. This full-time leadership role offers the opportunity to drive commercial real estate marketplace adoption while building and leading a high-performing sales organization across one of the nation's most dynamic markets.
About the Role
As Senior Sales Executive, Regional for Ten-X, you'll own sales strategy and execution across Southern Florida, reporting directly to senior leadership. You'll be responsible for growing our presence among commercial real estate professionals, investors, and brokers while developing and mentoring your sales team to exceed revenue targets and expand market share in the region.
What You'll Do
- Build and lead a regional sales team focused on acquiring and retaining commercial real estate marketplace users
- Develop and execute territory-based sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key accounts, brokers, institutional investors, and industry influencers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing partnerships and transactions
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting on key performance metrics
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions to enterprise clients
- Drive thought leadership and brand awareness within the Miami and Southern Florida commercial real estate community
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of enterprise or commercial real estate sales experience with demonstrated success managing territory and team
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and coaching high-performing sales organizations
- Deep knowledge of commercial real estate markets, players, and transaction workflows
- Strategic relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at C-suite level
- Strong analytical capabilities—comfort with data, metrics, and revenue forecasting
- Consultative selling approach with ability to position technology and data solutions in real estate contexts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities
- Willingness to engage actively in the Miami commercial real estate community
