About the Role

As Senior Data Migration Architect, you'll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of complex healthcare data migrations. You'll serve as the technical and strategic lead on implementations, ensuring data integrity, security, and minimal disruption to clinical operations. Working across internal teams and client organizations, you'll design migration frameworks, manage execution timelines, and establish governance controls that protect sensitive patient and financial information throughout the transition process.

What You'll Do

• Design comprehensive migration strategies for clinical data, financial records, and operational systems moving into Oracle Health Millennium environments
• Lead cross-functional teams through assessment, planning, and execution phases of healthcare data migrations
• Develop data mapping specifications, transformation logic, and validation protocols to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Establish data governance frameworks and quality assurance processes for legacy-to-modern system transitions
• Partner with healthcare clients to understand legacy system architectures, data models, and business requirements
• Manage migration execution, troubleshoot data-related issues, and coordinate with clinical and IT stakeholders
• Document migration approaches, lessons learned, and best practices for future implementations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading healthcare data migration projects or large-scale enterprise data initiatives
• Deep technical knowledge of EHR/EMR platforms, healthcare data standards, and clinical system architectures
