About the Role

The Part-Time Sales Manager position at our Norwalk, Huron County location is a leadership opportunity on the retail floor. You'll partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, guide team members, and ensure customers receive expert service and support with their automotive needs. Your focus will be on operational excellence, team development, and consistent store performance.

What You'll Do

• Support the Store Manager in managing store operations and maintaining sales performance
• Serve as a floor leader, assisting customers with automotive part selection and product knowledge
• Supervise and mentor team members, modeling professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and help manage store organization and presentation
• Process customer transactions and ensure all point-of-sale operations run smoothly
• Train and develop both full-time and part-time staff members
• Contribute to fostering a collaborative, customer-focused store environment
