Snowflake is seeking a Senior Event Sponsorship Program Manager to lead and expand our corporate sponsorship initiatives in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. About the Role
As Senior Event Sponsorship Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of Snowflake's event sponsorship portfolio. This role combines partnership development, program management, and strategic business acumen to maximize the impact and return on our event investments across industry conferences, digital events, and customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy aligned with company objectives and audience engagement goals
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate sponsorship partnerships with event organizers and industry conferences
- Manage sponsorship agreements, budgets, and contracts to ensure compliance and value delivery
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to define sponsorship activation and measurable success metrics
- Plan and oversee event logistics, booth design, attendee experiences, and on-site program execution
- Track sponsorship performance, analyze ROI, and report insights to senior leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with key event stakeholders and industry partners
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in event management, sponsorship, corporate partnerships, or related marketing functions
- Proven ability to develop partnership strategies that drive brand visibility and business results
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience with event platforms, sponsorship management tools, and marketing analytics
- Strategic thinker who partners effectively across teams and brings entrepreneurial problem-solving to challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
