About the Role

This is a full-time, night-shift nursing position designed specifically for new graduate nurses beginning their clinical practice in long-term care, featuring base pay plus shift differential. What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care to assigned residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing leadership
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care assistance
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident health goals
• Respond to resident and family needs with professionalism and compassion
• Participate in shift handoffs and unit huddles to ensure continuity of care
• Support infection prevention protocols and safety standards
