As a Retail Department Coordinator at Marshalls of MA, you'll manage daily departmental operations while supporting our team in delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do

• Coordinate department operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales floor organization
• Assist in processing orders, receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Support the customer service experience by responding to inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving concerns
• Collaborate with store leadership and team members to achieve daily and seasonal sales targets
• Participate in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the department is properly stocked and organized
• Monitor pricing, signage, and promotions to ensure compliance with store standards
• Support loss prevention and operational efficiency initiatives
