What You'll Do

• Operate industrial scales and weighing equipment with precision and consistency
• Record product weights and measurements according to company standards
• Monitor scale calibration and alert supervisors to any equipment issues
• Verify product quality and ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain detailed documentation of all weighing and production activities
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work collaboratively with production team members to meet daily targets
• Report discrepancies or equipment malfunctions immediately
