As a Civil Engineering Technician in this mission-critical role, you'll be a key member of our engineering team, providing technical expertise and support across the full project lifecycle. You'll work on master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, and recreation facilities that shape vibrant neighborhoods and economic centers. Your work will directly contribute to creating places where people thrive.

What You'll Do

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software
• Assist engineers with site surveys, measurements, and field data collection
• Develop calculations and analysis to support design decisions
• Compile project documentation, reports, and construction drawings
• Verify compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure quality and accuracy
• Support project scheduling and coordinate technical requirements

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary technical education or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar programs)
• Strong foundational knowledge of civil engineering principles and building codes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret technical plans and specifications
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Comfortable with remote work and virtual collaboration tools
