About the Role

As a Client Service Monitor, you'll play a vital role in Hope The Mission's direct-service operations. Working on-site at our Foy location, you'll ensure participant safety, uphold community standards, and contribute to the welcoming, secure environment that enables our guests to access the services they need. This is hands-on work that directly impacts the dignity and wellbeing of the people we serve.

What You'll Do

• Monitor participant areas to ensure safety and enforce community guidelines consistently
• Support daily facility operations and maintain a clean, organized environment
• Build positive relationships with clients and help them navigate our services
• Report concerns or incidents to management promptly and accurately
• Collaborate with staff to uphold community standards and prevent disruptions
• Assist with intake processes or other operational tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience in community service or customer-facing roles
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly with diverse populations
• Strong commitment to treating all individuals with respect and dignity
• Reliability and willingness to uphold Hope The Mission's community standards
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move about the facility
