About the Role

As a Service Advisor at JP Euro, you'll be the essential link between our customers and our skilled technicians. You'll manage customer communications, answer service calls, document vehicle needs, and ensure every client receives exceptional attention. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week of steady, rewarding work.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers warmly and understand their vehicle service needs
• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments for European and exotic vehicles
• Record customer information and service requirements accurately
• Coordinate with our technician team to track repair progress
• Confirm customer satisfaction when repairs are complete
