What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Utilize our advanced clinical platform to document sessions, track progress, and enhance care coordination
- Manage your client caseload with full autonomy over your practice decisions
- Transition existing clients into your SonderMind practice if desired
- Maintain detailed clinical records in compliance with Massachusetts state regulations and HIPAA standards
- Participate in professional development and stay current with therapeutic best practices
What We're Looking For
- Valid, active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts
- Demonstrated clinical expertise and strong therapeutic rapport with diverse populations
- Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care
- Comfort with technology and ability to work within digital clinical tools
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation to the North Billerica location
