About the Role

As a Traveling Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while gaining diverse clinical experience in settings that deeply need skilled professionals. What You'll Do

• Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures according to established protocols
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, documenting observations and reporting changes to the care team
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about medications, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA and facility standards
• Support infection control procedures and maintain a safe, clean patient environment
• Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients during their healthcare journey

What We're Looking For

• Current state Registered Nurse license (RN) with authorization to practice in the assignment location
• Clinical nursing experience, particularly in acute care settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in new clinical environments
• Professional commitment to quality patient outcomes and ethical nursing practice
• CPR certification from an approved provider
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team in fast-paced settings
