Microsoft Technology Account Lead – Health & Public Sector

About the Role

As Microsoft Technology Account Lead for Avanade's Health & Public Sector business unit, you'll serve as a strategic connector between clients, Accenture leadership, and Microsoft, championing cloud solutions and technology strategy that solve complex business challenges. You'll own revenue targets for Microsoft-aligned engagements, oversee delivery success, and cultivate relationships that drive long-term client value and organizational growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute account strategies that expand Microsoft technology adoption within assigned healthcare and public sector clients
• Lead sales activities for cloud, AI, and digital solutions, working collaboratively with Accenture Account Leadership to identify opportunities and close engagements
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, technology decision-makers, and project stakeholders
• Drive successful project delivery and client satisfaction for all Microsoft-focused consulting and implementation work
• Collaborate across sales, delivery, and partner teams to align resources and maximize client outcomes
• Represent Avanade's Microsoft partnership and thought leadership in the health and public sector markets

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in technology sales, account management, or consulting—ideally within healthcare, government, or enterprise accounts
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365) or strong willingness to develop it
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive relationships and navigate complex organizational structures
• Experience leading revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences
• Strategic thinking paired with strong execution and attention to detail
