Wireless Zone Sales Consultant

JH Cellular is hiring a Wireless Zone Sales Consultant in Venice, Sarasota County to join our Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to help customers find the perfect wireless devices and plans while earning competitive compensation and benefits.

About the Role

As a Wireless Zone Sales Consultant at JH Cellular, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking new wireless devices, plans, and services. You'll work directly with the public to understand their connectivity needs, recommend solutions, and close sales—all while delivering the exceptional service that builds customer loyalty and drives results for our Verizon Premium Retailer location.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers shopping for smartphones, tablets, and wireless services
• Assess customer needs and recommend devices and plans aligned with their usage and budget
• Execute sales transactions and process activations and upgrades
• Present wireless accessories and service add-ons to enhance customer purchases
• Maintain product knowledge across current device inventories and plan options
• Meet individual and store sales targets while tracking performance metrics
• Answer billing questions and troubleshoot activation or technical issues
• Keep the sales floor organized and ensure compliance with company policies
