About the Role

As a Biologist based in Chesterfield, you will join the team supporting one of TekWissen's prominent clients — a German multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company headquartered in Leverkusen and recognized among the largest organizations in its field. This is a full-time, on-site position (not remote) where your biological expertise will help advance research and development efforts across the client's pharmaceutical and life-science operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and document laboratory experiments and biological studies with precision.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, summarizing findings in clear technical reports.
• Maintain accurate records while adhering to established protocols, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Operate, calibrate, and care for laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional scientific teams to progress research objectives.

Qualifications

• A degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a closely related life-science discipline.
• Hands-on familiarity with laboratory techniques, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication for reporting results.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Chesterfield, Chesterfield County.
