Community Manager – Brauer Estates

Yarco is hiring a Community Manager to join our team at Brauer Estates in Marked Tree, Poinsett County. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to build lasting resident relationships while managing the day-to-day operations of a thriving residential community.

About the Role

As Community Manager at Brauer Estates, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for residents, overseeing community operations, coordinating maintenance and amenities, and fostering an inclusive environment where residents feel valued and heard. You'll balance administrative responsibilities with genuine community engagement, ensuring smooth operations and resident satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Manage resident communications, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and responsiveness
• Organize and execute community events, social gatherings, and engagement activities that strengthen resident connections
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to address facility issues, repairs, and upkeep
• Enforce community policies and lease terms while maintaining positive resident relationships
• Monitor community budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports on operations and resident satisfaction
• Welcome new residents and provide onboarding support to ensure smooth transitions
• Document resident interactions and maintain accurate community records
• Identify and address resident feedback to continuously improve community operations

What We're Looking For

• Proven customer service and community relations experience in property management or similar field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse groups
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Problem-solving mindset and diplomacy when addressing resident concerns
• Proficiency with community management software and standard office tools
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities
