About the Role

As a Manufacturing Associate II, you'll perform essential hands-on manufacturing and assembly tasks in a controlled laboratory and cleanroom environment. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety as you contribute directly to the production of products that advance scientific discovery and healthcare worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Execute manufacturing and assembly procedures in a regulated cleanroom and laboratory setting
• Handle hazardous and toxic materials according to strict safety protocols and company procedures
• Maintain cleanroom compliance by adhering to environmental controls and personal conduct standards
• Wear and properly manage required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, and ear protection
• Perform material handling and movement of components weighing up to 40 lbs without assistance
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure product integrity
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and safety requirements

What We're Looking For

• Physical ability to lift and carry 40 lbs regularly without assistance
• Comfort working in a cleanroom environment with strict grooming and personal item restrictions (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, visible piercings, or facial hair)
• Willingness to work with hazardous and toxic materials under controlled safety measures
• Ability to adapt to flexible 12-hour shifts and day-shift schedules
• Attention to detail and commitment to following documented procedures precisely
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
