Danaher Business System Leader, Marketing (Continuous Improvement Leader)

Danaher Corporation is seeking a Business System Leader for Marketing, based in Grand Central, Manhattan. In this full-time position, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout our marketing organization, applying Danaher Business System principles to enhance operational excellence and deliver measurable impact.

About the Role

As a Danaher Business System Leader focused on Marketing continuous improvement, you'll lead transformation projects that optimize marketing processes, workflows, and team performance. You'll blend strategic expertise with hands-on improvement methodologies, helping marketing teams achieve greater efficiency while maintaining innovation and quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to build a culture of operational excellence within marketing through disciplined, proven improvement practices.

What You'll Do

• Lead continuous improvement projects addressing marketing operations, campaign delivery, process efficiency, or customer engagement workflows
• Apply Danaher Business System tools and lean methodologies to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, reduce cycle times, and improve outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, and business divisions to develop and implement sustainable improvements
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics to validate improvement impact and inform future initiatives
• Coach marketing and operational teams on continuous improvement methodology and problem-solving techniques
• Drive adoption of structured improvement practices and create shared ownership of operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent operational excellence frameworks
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
• Background in marketing operations, business process improvement, supply chain optimization, or related functions
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders across functional boundaries
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities that inspire team engagement and adoption
• Familiarity with how improvement methodologies translate into marketing and business functions
