What You'll Do
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing counseling sessions with clients across a range of mental health needs
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and session records
- Coordinate care with other providers and specialists when appropriate
- Manage your practice calendar, billing, and client communications through our all-in-one platform
- Build sustainable, revenue-growing client relationships with insurance-covered sessions
What We're Looking For
- Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in California
- Proven experience delivering individual therapy and counseling
